Artists Currently On Display

• Jess Graham of Morrissville, is a local friend who specializes in mural work.  Jess painted our bathroom doors and created our painted “stained glass” window in the back of the pub.
• Gordon Auchincloss of Stowe, VT creates custom mobiles and metalwork.  He created the mobiles hanging over the pool table and the bar.
• Heather Glenn, also of Stowe, created our mosaic tile bar-top. She collected tiles from around the world to create an abstract and colorful work of art.
• Julie Ruth of Johnson, VT  painted the golden and silver hued mural on the back wall, as well as the wonderful sign hanging out front.  The interior mural next to the big table represents an alchemic wheel.
• Karin Allen of Middlebury, VT is a metal artist who fabricated our beautiful and unique flower petal chandelier hanging directly in the center of the restaurant, as well as our widely recognized french fry holders.
• Alena Schnarr of Waterbury, VT is a photographer and landscape artist.  Her photographs are hung to the left of the bar.
• Galen Cheney of Stowe, VT, painted the wonderfully giant and colorful canvases that are hung behind the bar.
• Brooke Newson painted “Global Warming” – the large canvas that is hanging in the dining room.  Brooke is an art teacher at Woodstock Union High School.  Please inquire within for more contact information.
• Lindsay DeOld, of Waitsfield, VT, is a photographer and potterer.  She has contributed the photographs hanging above the couch in the back of the restaurant.
• Rachel Laundron is an artist and illustrator from Waterbury, VT.  She has painted the large grundy tank in the front of the pub, and the “bones” series of paintings hanging to the left of the bar.  She can be reached at laundonr at yahoo dot com.
• Carrie Bagalio is the talented artist who created the “portrait” oil painting found throughout the building.  Carrie’s work is about “life, energy and the spirit of my generation.”
• Gordon Miller is a local photographer.  His pieces are hanging above our standing bar.  He can be reached at 802.244.6281.
• Mike Rosewarne painted for us the oils canvases of the Green Mountains hanging near the pool table.  Mike can be contacted at rosewarne_art at yahoo dot com.
• Kirk Williams designed, created and installed the “corn stalk light” hanging above the hot liquor tank in the dining room.
• Michael Egan, a talented glassblower from Granville, VT, designed, created and installed the custom glass light above the bathrooms.
• Stowe Craft Gallery created the wine bottle display behind the bar for us.  This and alot of great art is available at their gallery in the middle of Stowe Village.
