stalking your blog to find out more about your Celia saison-

gluten-free since 2001, and beer free of course for as many years, this was the first gluten-free beer that i was proud to SHARE w/ my brewing friends! i used to live in Ipswich and took my son to the park across from Mercury brewing, where some days the smell of roasting grains and hops carried over the tracks, so was happy to see that you started brewing it there.

i don't get beer often, but i get the Celia Saison most of the time! i ferment my own gluten-free sourdough, kimchi, kraut, pickles, and occasionally cheese, but i will buy my beer.

thanks for finally making an interesting and flavorful beer for those of us who are gluten-free!

Wow! Perhaps John and Tod Mott could brew a ridiculously hoppy stout and call it "Super Kate the Great" or something cool.

Actually, I think that the last stout that John had on top and in bottles is marvelous. Picked that up a few months back at the bottle release.
