Executive Chef Jeff Lang has fashioned a menu for The Alchemist that is a mix of comfort, innovation and heartiness designed to fully compliment Brewer John Kimmich’s extraordinary ales. Jeff and his talented crew also offer exciting market-based and seasonal specials to take advantage of Vermont’s fresh, organic produce and meats.
The big picture for Jeff’s menu looks like this:
- Snackers - featuring local, organic chicken wings and local cheeses
- Soup and Salad – featuring local greens and original homemade dressings
- Sandwiches - grilled paninis stuffed with local meats and vegetables
- Pizzettas - hand-tossed 10″ flatbreads
- Pub Favorites – featuring hearty smoked local pork and complete vegetarian meals
- After Dinner – handmade brownies and local ice cream
We are also now very pleased to offer some gluten-free alternatives. For our sandwiches we have available a gluten-free roll, and for our quesadillas and burritos we have a gluten-free tortilla.
